“Had a blast! Good: Staff very friendly, valet service was a nice touch, room service from the restaurant (Exile) was good and the food was fantastic, room was clean and comfy, pool was soooo nice as well as the hot tub. Bad: shockingly the TV's in the room were not smart TV's - couldn't sign into my Netflix account. Kind of useless nowadays which was very disappointing as I picked the Studio Suite because it had two TV's. Also, weirdly enough, there were no towel rods in the bathroom. Like……

“一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.”

“The pictures of the rooms on Expedia showed a newer style room but what we got was ok but old.Bathtub faucett leaked and the fan on the air conditioner was very old and weak. No ventilation in bathroom Staff very nice. Pool area very old and humid right beside the water as it’s an indoor pool with no ventilation. Had nice sauna area. To me it was too expensive for what we got. Restaurant was nice enough but again expensive $30 for a single buffet breakfast. Whole area restaurants expensive.”

“Very easy and quick check in! Went back to front desk for more towels and bedding for the pull out couch, and it was brought to our room within minutes. Very helpful, and friendly staff. The room was very clean! Will stay here again when we come back visit!”
