“Great staff, but the building needs a major overhaul I stayed at Greenwood Inn & Suites in Corner Brook this past weekend. The staff were great—friendly and welcoming—but the hotel itself was very disappointing. The building is outdated, the carpets were dirty, and the cleaning needs substantial improvement. The elevator felt old, while the underground parking garage had a strong, unpleasant smell and felt poorly ventilated. Honestly, the condition left me wondering whether a complete rebuild……

“This place is very close to the beach and located in a lovely area. We really enjoyed our stay and, overall, thought the place was amazing. The only thing I would point out is that there is just one bathroom, and it is located inside one of the bedrooms. This can be a little inconvenient, especially during the night, as you have to enter that bedroom to use the bathroom. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the location and the property.”
