"Giving Sun Fun 5 stars! Not because it’s a perfect property, but because the staff are incredibly kind and friendly, it’s safe & clean, and the private beach is awesome!! Huge shout out to Marvin (our shuttle driver), the kind older gentleman who does maintenance, the sweet young guy in housekeeping and all the wonderful ladies at the front desk. We will definitely be back."

"I loved the ocean view from my room and the sound of the waves. I was extremely busy during my trip and wished I had had more time to relax on the room's porch. Island Beach vibe. Room could use a few minor updates but I was happy with it. The two things I wished for was- 1. A gate on the spiral staircase leading directly up my room's terrace from the main floor (Other guests walked up out of curiosity a few times and it was a bit uncomfortable) Perhaps a rope at the bottom of the stairs blocking entrance when guests occupy that room would be sufficient.2-3. an iron and more clothes hangars. I know its a tourist inn but sometimes even tourists are visiting with a greater mission. People complain about the stairs and there are a lot of them- But unless you have mobility issues more generally- after a day or two, you are fine. "

"Clean room, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, seating for two, snacks & drinks available in suite for reasonable prices. Host very accommodating for rides to/from airport in morning and late afternoon until 11pm. Safe area for walking 10 min. To beach and restaurants."

"A dream vacation property!!! We loved the amazing view and beautiful home. The staff was so friendly and professional. Every need was anticipated. Adding the cook every day was a smart idea because she took care of all of the groceries and meal planning. The house was perfect and impeccably clean. The bedrooms were well-appointed with comfy beds, plenty of towels, good storage areas. The rooms also had screened windows and doors so you could enjoy the wonderful ocean breezes. If air-conditioning is your cup of tea, that is also available.Activities abound! The island is focused on fishing but there are other ways to be entertained. We were able to tour the island, visit Captain Bill's Blue Hole, go to beautiful beaches - all were very fun and interesting. The house has snorkeling gear, kayaks, a boat and much more. The coral reef is right off-shore in front of the home.Mike is a fantastic host with communication that is on point. Zemi and Michette (sp), the cook and housekeeper respectively, were lovely and so friendly. Our family had a blast and know you will, too."

"Great property, especially for the price. Right by the beach, bus stop right out front, really good food. Overall a great stay and may become out go-to place in Nassau. Only reason for not top stars all over, was the facility. The stairs to the second floor had no rails on 1 side, and were needing serious work. Additionally the sheets were pretty scratchy and the pillows were flat. The mattress was comfy, so not the end of the world. If the sheets matter, might change which properties you choose. We loved our stay and would stay here again anytime."

"Fantastic place to relax or go snorkeling, diving, kayaking or bird watching. Staff is awesome - everyone is taking really good care of the guests. Property is in very good shape, everything is clean and well maintained. We loved our cabin! It was spacious but cozy and comfy. The food was delicious, Happy Hour before dinner was always fun and I loved that there was always someone helping us figuring out what we could do the next day. And if you just want to do nothing that's fine as well. "
