“Property was very clean with new appliances and very comfortable with mini split systems in each room. Comfortable beds and linens. Check in and checkout was easy & flexible. The location was perfect - very close to sandy ponds! Plenty of room for our family of 4 but could easily accommodate 6. We will be back at this rental.”

“We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation at SUNY Oswego. The place was more than I expected. They allowed pets - which was important as my dad had no one to watch his pup. They had a large enough space if we had a large group to eat both inside and out. A beautiful porch. The grounds were so serene. It had a Yoga deck!!!! Definitely used the hot tub! And the host was so easy to reach both before booking and during the stay. 10/10 recommend. The only downside is we didn’t spend as much time……

“Amazing stay! Amazing host!”

“Cute house! Perfect for our weekend softball tournament, yard was plenty big for the dogs and plenty to do within walking distance of the house.”

“My family and I wanted a quick getaway from the city and this house was the prefect spot. We loved the space, check in was easy and the instructions were very clear. We would love to come back !”

“Very nice property”

“place was very clean and the coffee machine was a big bus..”

“The lake is stunning! Beautiful..The cottage is def rustic and old but the owners did a good job updating it to feel more modern. There was no blow dryer in the bathroom and the kitchen could have had foil, plastic wrap etc. We bought our own and a sponge for washing pots and pans. There was a washer and dryer which was great. The outside area and fire pit could have been cleaned up a bit..wished they trimmed some weeds and cleaned out the fire pit. There was a gas BBQ but it was alittle……

“*Beautiful lake view with porch, steps away from a beautiful 6-8’ tall large rock protected shoreline, with sunset views.*Water not accessible but the waves sound like your feet away from an ocean with the lakes 2-3’ swells while we were there.*Nice kitchen layout, Open concept, simple structure. *Sunsets & constant breezes were beautiful *Close to Salmon Falls Unique Area*Quiet Neighborhood **Overall Detailed Cleaning could definitely be improved.”

“Absolutely wonderful stay at this property. Everything about it was spotless and meticulously thought through. It is a fantastic value for the area. I will definitely stay here again in the future.”

“Friendly responsive host. Kitchen area needs some paper towels plastic ware etc.”

“Clean room, Kevin answered all questions”

“The Boathouse is literally on the water with all of the amenities you need to take in the pond and nature. It is a quiet and serene area. My only recommendation is load up with beer, wine and food before arriving. You won’t want to leave and there isn’t much food in area.”

“The cabin was nice. Good for what we needed for our trip.”

“The cabin was very nice. Looking forward to renting it again. The bed was very comfortable.”

“The place is exactly as described. My family’s first comment upon arrival was “It’s bigger than we expected”! We really enjoyed our stay. The host is very friendly, professional, and responsive. We would be happy to recommend !!”
