“I recently stayed at La Quinta in Poza Rica while visiting Veracruz. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for exploring the area and making day trips to Papantla and nearby attractions. The rooms were spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, which is especially important in the Veracruz heat. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, and check-in was quick and easy. The pool area was a nice place to relax in the evening……

“Llegue ahi por motivos de trabajo y no tuve wifi en la habitacion, es de agradecer que la srita recepcionista me ofrecio la sala de juntas unas horas, pero si mas tarde necesite checar algo tuve que conectarme a mi cel propio. El personal del restaurante no es nada atento, baje a buen tiempo (8 45 am) a desayunar y pregunte si me podian preparar algo a mi eleccion obviamente pagando aparte por ello y su contestacion fue que a la sra de la cocina no le daba tiempo. Lo mismo la tarde anterior,……

“I am unable to explain how my stay was because we had a reservation, and the people in charge of the hospitality did not have the decency to let us know that it was already rented for other people. Since the beginning, this was a problem because I was unable to find the location anyways on the GPS, and this ended up being one of the worst outcomes during my usage of Hotel.com. They should review what is available and unavailable so that this does not happen again to other future possible……
