"Location on Kata Noi made for a relaxing stay. Mostly families, couples and singles, so no loud beach crowd. The beach was powdery white sand, the water inviting with 2 no-boat areas sectioned off for swimmers. Quite an array for the complimentary breakfast. Staff easily assisted with day trips and activities. Housekeeping staff is the best, making sure guests have everything they need. In addition to a gorgeous beach, there are a number of pools. Recommended!"

The staff is so accommodating and attentive. The app they had to order room service, room cleaning, communicate with the front desk was also one of the best and most seamless features of any hotel I’ve stayed at. All the facilities are well maintained, especially the beautiful pool! "

"Best was the front desk staff. All were very friendly and always willing to help. They provided a blanket for the beach, an umbrella to use in the hot sun, called for my taxi, and more. Bed mattress and pillow were great quality. I liked having a short 10-15 minute walk to get to the beach to get some exercise. Great street food nearby at better prices than closer to the beach. Would stay again."

"Stayed 1 night after a long flight. All staff were really helpful and friendly, room clean and nicely decorated. A few imperfections in the room (stains on headboard and curtains), but otherwise it had everything you needed. Big comfy bed. Lovely stay. "

"A great hotel in a great location. Located directly opposite Patong Beach and surrounded by loads of restaurants. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were really friendly. There is no lift so it may not be suitable for people with mobility issues but if you're looking for something reasonably priced, clean, tidy and centrally located, then I would recommend Tiras Patong Beach."

"Staff and hotel were very accommodating. My issue with the amenities is with Orbitz/Expedia not updating their own website. No shuttle. No pool. Owner said they informed you. This was particularly disappointing b/c my wife was in a foreign country, arrived first, and had to ride with a stranger which is why I chose a hotel that had a shuttle. "
