“We booked this hotel considering its good reviews, but it was not the nice place we expected.
The TV in our room was not working and when we asked about it we were told it was a problem with the signal and that it would be solved by 3-4 pm, by the next morning it was still not working and after asking again they told us that TV was not working.
The safe was not working either, they sent someone to check it and since it was not working they changed it but the other safe was left at our porch for...

“El hotel está muy lindo, bastante acogedor. Lo único malo es que no había buen wifi pero sirvió para desconectarnos y disfrutar las vacaciones. El administrador del hotel fue súper atento todo el tiempo para ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitáramos y sentirnos en casa. Incluso me regalo una crema muy buena para aliviar unas picaduras de insectos que tenia. ”

“This Hotel is absolutely garbage the pictures are fake, the breakfast is very poor and limited, the pool was green and dirty, the beach was filled with garbage. The patio and beach furniture were old and ripped, falling apart.
My wife almost broke her ankle walking from the Tuk Tuk to the hotel which is not even safe for a donkey, no lights on the so-called pathway many loose rocks and pot holes, which makes it a safety concern for those walking from the road to the resort. There also was no hot...

“hotel a primera linea de playa, muy grande y con todo tipo de comodidades. Para mi gusto tiene un punto negativo, es un hotel mayoritariamente para turistas chinos, lo que supone convivir con sus costumbres (p.e: escupen continuamente) lo cual no siempre los turistas occidentales lo vemos con buenos ojos.
El resto todo perfecto.”

“À notre arrivée, nous voulions fuir! Tout d'abord, aucune option de "déjeuners sur demande" sauf télécharger une application pour commander. Le personnel est incapable de nous indiquer des restaurants à proximité. Communication très difficile même avec Google traduction. Des insectes et des lézards habitaient dans la chambre. Nous avons eu des serviettes trop usées pour essuyer. Terrasse mal entretenue et lait périmé dans le réfrigérateur du marché. Le seul bon point, la piscine”
