“I travelled with my elderly mother and we had an excellent stay. I can't speak highly enough about the staff - The staff went over and above for us. From breakfast (where the staff helped to get her breakfast in the morning) to the cleaning staff that always made our room clean when needed and had a smile on their face. the rooms are big, beds comfortable, location is perfect as lots of shops and restaurants at your door step or a short taxi ride away. ”

“We had three rooms at the hotel. The air con was not working and the staff were told on a coupe of occasions. The water pressure was low and on the final day, the water was not working in the room at all. Staff were told and nothing was done. The receptionist tried to charge for complimentary water. The room was clean and the hotel location was the reason for our stay.”

“The hotel would not accept my booking through expedia! They said they dont even deal with expedia! When questioned about why expedia have them on their site they said they have been telling expedia not book for years! I think the hotel had over booked and were looking to fob me off! As i booked and was to pay at hotel and hotel over booked!”

“The room and the people there were excellent from start to finish. Check-in was simple with a reception who spoke fluent English which made it easier for a tourist like myself. The room itself was flish with modern amentities and felt like a high levek Western hotel, incredibly comfortable bed (for those who prefer a softish mattress) and tv with cable channels. Bathroom was clean with amentities as well like shaving kits and toothbrushes. Probably only downside to me was that i didn’t……
