"This was a beautiful property. The staff was amazing and overly attentive! I was upgraded to a room with my own pool which was amazing! The room was beautiful. The pool was nice but not as beautiful as it is in the pictures. I like this location and would stay here again."

"The hotel overall was great. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were a little old & plain. We did observe portions of the hotel closed for refurbishing. The breakfast & dinner were excellent. Including entertainment from the monkeys. The staff was wonderful especially Kevin the cart driver. He always seemed to be present when needed. "

"Thank you for great advice on activities and we had our best night tour during our entire Costa Rica trip. Our room is half basement but it’s equipped with dehumidifier and air purifier thus it’s not humid during rain season, very considerate. "
