“It was an extremely comfortable, well-equipped house with lots of space to relax. My adult son and I enjoyed every minute of our stay! It was also possible to entertain in the generous open-plan living area. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a holiday at the beach in Torquay due to its convenient location. Emma was easy to communicate with, and the amenities were great! ”

“We were looking to have the long weekend away from Melbourne and we were really pleased with Seaside Holiday in Central Torquay. It was just as advertised, very clean, modern and well decorated. It was close to the bushland park, central shops and the Salty Dog Cafe. The kitchen, laundry and bathroom facilities were well maintained and had all the things we required. The heating was top notch on what was a cold few days away. Wonderful location. Look forward to staying there again in the future.”

“This place was perfect for our family! Enough space for all of us and felt like home. It felt new and modern and very clean inside. The only thing I would mention however we didn’t need to use was the outdoor space. If we were to use it it would have been nice to see that area cleaned too as it would have been quite dirty to walk on bare foot (kitchen upstairs leads out to alfresco dining). However would definitely consider booking again when in Torquay next ”

“We have been staying in properties for over 20 years on off. This property lived up to all expectations more. The photos were true to the property. The owners are generous with kitchen, bathroom laundry supplies. There's a 3-4 minute walk to the beach used by doggos also with a popular cafe at one end. “Very comfortable, dog friendly and great location. We really enjoyed our week-long stay at this large, well fitted out house. Beds and sofas were comfortable. The backyard was good for our dogs - secure, green grass, not large but interesting enough for them to explore.”

bad experience

"The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible attitude and very, very poor housing experience"
