Staff was great. The public pool is gross the jacuzzi has stuffing building on the inner lip. The rooms were not as described on Expedia I booked this trip thinking it was the jacuzzi sweet to drive 2.5 hours and realize it’s a normal room…… the balcony floor had so much water/ mildew in it that even in the sun the carpet did not dry out it stayed wet almost retaining a puddle on the balcony constantly. But hey the Lake is nice.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the amenities on the property. The only thing that I can complain about is, I had a heck of a time getting hot water and then it really didn’t get as hot as I prefer but all in all still a wonderful hotel to stay in.
