"We stayed at the Banyan cottage and it was lovely. Up on a hill, very private. It had screens so no need to worry about bugs. The cooking area was nicely done so that you could cook breakfast easily. The property is gorgeous and you really feel like you're in the middle of the rainforest by yourself. Very relaxing. "The property was in a convenient location exactly what I was looking for, for the occasion... in the center of town but for the price during that time, not exactly the Ritz. No room conveniences except for an iron which i had to ask for. No refrigerator or coffeepot it was barebones. Room cleaning only upon request. The front desk staff was excellent, pleasant but limited in what they could help you with. Could do with an upgrade in management "

"Berkey himself is a gracious, helpful, and thoughtful host. His communications are excellent and once there, he will be there for you. He attends to details and has pride in this hideaway. It requires a walk up ~40 steep steps but once on top, your are in a beautiful valley with wildlife and jungle sounds.
