I never actually made it to his cute bungalow because I made an error when booking in Springfield, IL, and I should have booked in Springfield, OH. Chad was thoughtful in understanding my circumstances and was reasonable in helping me out with a costly mistake. I really appreciate his kindness. I feel certain he is a gracious host and that his place is as described! Chad, thank you again!”

“Overall it was a nice place except for one glaring exception. It’s decorated nicely and mostly clean and well maintained. We stayed on the second floor. The glaring exception was an HVAC system. It was shockingly loud. It sounded like a car that needed a new muffler. It woke us up numerous times at night. If it had been heating season I would have been concerned about a gas leak. I reported it immediately to the management, but they were dismissive. They suggested fiddling with the thermostat,……
