“飯店離最近新開幕的烏爾法新考古博物館Urfa Haleplibahce Museum Complex很近，走路5分鐘就到了；博物館對面就是大型購物商場Piazza AVM，購物、吃飯、看電影、打發時間都沒問題。 飯店很大，氣氛很好，入住的房客大多都是商務人士，所以感覺起來就是不一樣，格調、水準都很高，另櫃台人員很親切，有問必答，我們提出的問題都有得到回應；早餐很豐盛，很推廌！”

“Clean room and friendly staff in the old city and just a few minutes walk from everything. Give the bed a B- for comfort but the cavernous brick room held lots of charm..stayed 5 days. ”

“The hotel was lovely and the service was outstanding. In the middle of record snowfall, the staff were very willing to help with getting my very heavy suitcase to and from the hotel from the street. Especially of note was the standout service (and English skills) of Hele, who made sure I had all of my questions answered and that I had everything that I needed. She even helped me arrange a taxi driver to take me to Mardin after 2 different buses that I had booked were cancelled. The driver, Omar,……

“Комнаты чисты, персонал старается. Странно, что есть кухня, но из принадлежностей только 2 стакана, Даже ложек нет. Но нам это не помешало. Возможно так не во всех комнатах. Из минусов из раковины шел не приятный запах. ”

“My room was clean and very lovely. The whole hotel is awesome, I visited during winter and unfortunately I wasn't able to use the courtyard because it was cold, and it was a pity because it was incredibly pretty. The staff was very kind, they invited me in the main building a couples of time to drink some chai.
