"The lady on reception during my stay was more than helpful. She behaved like a friend and made me feel very comfortable and at home. Nothing was too much trouble and she took an interest in my activities and helped me overcome one potentially annoying problem. The location is brilliant, the room very comfortable: A kitchen, washing machine and plenty of space. The only issue would have been parking but I was on public transport so not an issue for me."

This is our 6–7 times in this amazing hotel…you know, some times you need quiet space, nice rooms, amazing views to the creek, nice hospitality, if you want something, you can ask for, and all the time it is in positive ways! "This was a really convenient complex, the opportunity to ski straight in and out was an added bonus. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. Only downside was the communication - the in-room leaflet said there was a breakfast buffet served daily, but when asking reception they did not know anything about this. Local area was good with great access to the ski lifts and various restaurants and bars. Quiet when we were there but should imagine it can get quite lively. "
