“It’s a beautiful hotel and breakfast was amazing.
But the staff was racist. When I checked in, the girl at the counter charged me 500€ for deposit just because I am Asian! On the website of hotels.com said deposit 50€! And when I checked out, another male staff asked me why do I paid 500€ for deposit!!!??? Overall it’s a beautiful hotel but I can’t believe this happened to me and I am only hoping now that I can get my deposit back!!! I could have argued with the girl but I don’t want this stupid……

“I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming.
The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart.
Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk.”

“The room was good, and housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast they provide is wonderful - great variety and super fresh. Transportation is easy with buses, streetcars, and metro all within a couple blocks, and it's also easy walking distance to Vitosha and all the sights.our only issue was with a broken safe and a TV that was on the fritz, but if we return to Sofia we'll stay here again.”
