“It’s a beautiful hotel and breakfast was amazing. But the staff was racist. When I checked in, the girl at the counter charged me 500€ for deposit just because I am Asian! On the website of hotels.com said deposit 50€! And when I checked out, another male staff asked me why do I paid 500€ for deposit!!!??? Overall it’s a beautiful hotel but I can’t believe this happened to me and I am only hoping now that I can get my deposit back!!! I could have argued with the girl but I don’t want this stupid……

“Hotel moderno, elegante e pulitissimo, dotato di tutti i servizi (ristoranti, skybar, spa, piscina, beauty saloon, etc). Camere enormi, pulite e silenziose, con vista panoramica sulla città. Colazione varia e abbondante con ampia scelta di cibi. Staff professionale e gentile. Ottima posizione sul Boulevard Vitosha e a breve distanza dalla metropolitana (fermata National Palace of Culture).”

“I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming. The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart. Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk.”

“Great location! AC doesn't work though, so made a hot week pretty hard. The lobby was not as hot as our room. We asked for a fan for the room, something most hotels have, and they didn't have one. The carpet in the room was pretty filthy. The staff was very nice though! We didn't want to take our kids to the restaurant because there was a giant ( 6 foot) AI generated screen with an over- sexualized woman on it.”
