“The stay was wonderful and I definitely will be returning but there were a few problems. The water pressure in the shower changed over night and the pressure reduced significantly. In addition, the detachable shower head didn’t work and the heater for the jacuzzi didn’t work either. Stay was everything I could imagine and more but was disappointed by the jacuzzi not being able to be used for a chunk of the stay. “Excelente opción para quedarse en Rio. Justo enfrente de la playa, muchos restaurantes a una distancia caminable pero lo mejor de todo es su staff. Todos sin excepción fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron durante toda la estancia. Y nos encantó la opción del cuarto de hospitalidad! Nuestro vuelo salía en la noche y pudimos disfrutar el día para después regresar al hotel (después de haber hecho check in) a bañarnos y alistarnos. “Beautiful hotel, nicely combined with nature. Rooms are comfortable, stall is very friendly, service and food were excellent. My only critic is that although rooms are very large and comfortable, they lack storage space such as drawers to put your clothes, bathroom was very large but just have a mirror, sink and toilet. No shelves, cabinet for personal items and no towel racks for hand or face. Rooms are very dim lighted so difficult for women to have an adequate place for makeup.”
