We were unable to travel to Kona from the Island of Lanai because of boat and flight cancellations. Additionally to that it was disappointing that I was unable to switch dates or obtain a refund for this stay. I contacted the host who was unaccommodating to our circumstance. “The home was as advertised— convenient, spacious, and well-appointed. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy some downtime. The neighborhood was peaceful and we enjoyed having access to the sports and raquet club. We played pickleball a few times and joined the morning tennis clinic.
