Det badeværelse der er i stueplan delte vi med et andet værelse. Der var tis på brættet, brættet sad kun fast i den ene side og kun 1 lille håndklæde, der var smurt ind i tandpasta eller lign. Der var kun en meget tyndt gardin, der bestemt ikke kunne lukke dagslys ude."

"NOVASOL are horrible to work with. If you attempt to contact them via VRBO messaging, they will ignore your messages for months at a time. They will refuse to rent bed linens and towels to you, even though they don't provide them. They will also accuse you of 'not contacting them immediately' with issues, even though their internal booking system lists an out of date phone number and does not list their hours of operation for the chat system.
