“A beautiful hotel with so much to explore. Only wish we were there more than one day.”

“Convenient location and good staff service.”

“Super”

“Really good and modern hotel, with attentive staff and good facilities. We had no issues and everything went smoothly. We appreciated the upgraded room. The hotel is very close to the Central Train Station, which was very handy to us to travel to and from the airport, to Sweden and day trips from Copenhagen. We could see the many train lines from our window, but noise was minimal.”

“Worst airport hotel ever at that price range. Alsmost no amenities, one small pillow, towel, and small blanket for 2 persons stay. I had to go down to the reception to make a complain and after speaking to the expressionless front desk staff, I was given one item of each to bring back to the room by myself. The floor, was not properly cleaned”

“The hotel is about 7-10min walk from the metro station. Groceries and restaurants are all within walking distance. The room is small (but not as small as those in downtown Japan), especially the shower tub. The basic room clean-up (i.e. trash clean-up) had to be reminded twice. Those 5 elevators are effecient and fast to accommodate numerous hotel guests. The staff at receiption were efficient to handle check-ins. Room rate is a bit over. But given the location and the cleaniness, the……

“no water for shower at all”
