“I do wish I could have stayed longer for the picturesque scenery of the island and the Aegean Wave Hotel which offers great view of the sea. The exquisite decor of the room is especially worthy of mentioning, not sure how to define the style but it's just relaxing. “ The hotel is not in Kalambaka. There is nothing around and you need a car to go anywhere. It is 5 minutes drive from Kalambaka and 20 minutes drive to Meteoro. The breakfast is not good and there are a lot of tours staying in this hotel. It is okay to stay one night as the rate is reasonable but I probably won’t stay there again.”
