“First, the positives. The beds were great and comfortable, the price was cheap and once you got in to the property, it was safe. Second, the negatives. Located right near to the property was a casino, with the sign missing a couple of letters. Sitting outside was about 4 or 5 homeless people. However you are right downtown and you can hear everything going on outside on a Friday/Saturday night. Room was sanitary but not clean.
