“As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient.
I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply.

“I stayed a night both coming and going using the Thunder Bay airport. I really like this hotel and plan to stay there on all future trips to Thunder Bay. The location is wonderful and scenic, the outdoor spaces are a treat to get fresh air and stretch your legs after traveling, and the hotel staff is great.
