“Staff really went out of their way to make guests happy. Nothing was too difficult. The property suited my needs very well; comfortable, plenty of space to relax, homely, safe and clean with staff on-hand to assist if required. I'd stay there again.”

“3-star at best and that's being generous. The walls are not insulated from noise. Old outdated furnishing, pillow cases seemed clean, but stained, sheets torn in places, ceiling, walls and wood trim peeling in places, bathroom fan didn't work, towels felt like sandpaper, strong smell of disinfectant, TV was broken, they couldn't fix it and wouldn't replace it, just said "oh well," sketchy wifi, but nice staff-Nai is awesome, good AC and close to the ocean. “This was a last minute booking made when our preferred booking was cancelled, after being confirmed more than three months earlier, apparently due to overbooking??? On arrival, the toilet was broken and dirty. The room wasn't secure as a window locking mechanism was broken. And, for most of our stay the internet wasn't available. And then, the controls for the television and the air conditioner were labeled in Chinese--awkward. The continental breakfast was minimal, and during our stay, had...

“Приятный отель в уединенном природном малонаселенном месте на берегу океана. Относительно комфортные бунгало на побережье. Красивое побережье с песочным пляжем. Недалеко кораллы и рыбы. Организуют неплохой завтрак и ужин. Очень дружелюбные и готовые помочь хозяева.
Из минусов.
Оочень слабый wi-fi (сайты не открываются или очень медленно), самый дохлый из тех отелей Тонги, где я был. Мобильный интернет тоже почти не работает. Хотя сам отель достаточно дорогой среди отелей Тонги.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Simon's Place, however there are a few areas that we feel the owners may want to address:
1. Carpets in the rooms – The carpets in the rooms appear quite worn and would benefit from either replacement or a thorough dry clean. We stayed in two rooms and also saw another room booked by friends, and the condition was similar across them.
2. Televisions in the rooms – Adding TVs in the rooms would improve the guest experience.
3. Breakfast options – It would be great to see...
