“Serg’s place was comfortable and clean! It was a perfect location for me and my friends to stay while rock climbing in the Gunks. We did not feel cramped or unsafe and the complementary tea was a hit! One thing to note is that both of the beds were low to the ground (below knee level) so if someone has knee or back problems, it might be difficult to stand up out of bed. ”

“We had such a great stay with Guido. We were about 5 minutes from family, and we needed a place to stay with our golden retriever. The property was perfect and a short ride to Mohonk, Walden and Montgomery. There was a significant snow storm during our stay, and Guido quickly cleared a path out for us. “After staying 2 nights at the Zen cottage in Gardiner (same host), I decided to stay an extra night, but only this location was available, so I booked. I walked in to a very tidy beautiful space, albeit a lot less work went into restoring this space compared to the prior, furniture definitely not as cozy. The blanket covering the boarded up door (in the sauna room) had a very large nail sticking out, luckily I saw it before bumping into. I did notice some foul smells around the fire place, I……

“Location was perfect for West Point visit. The space was clean and recently updated, the beds very comfortable, and perfect layout and spacious for 3-4 people. The host was welcoming and responsive.”

“We were supposed to check out at 10 AM, and everyone was still sleeping. But at 8 AM, very loud noises suddenly started. It felt like the whole roof was shaking and the house might fall down. We went outside and saw that workers were cleaning the roof. No one told us anything about this before. When we asked the cleaning manager, he said the landlord booked this cleaning two weeks ago, but we, the guests, were never informed. “It is what it is. I am way too old to be doing that style of camping anymore. Just not for me. There was a lot of communication when I booked but haven't heard anything since. I didn't realize some of the things when I booked it.I guess I didn't read or it wasn't there.I don't know. But that hike in and out kinda sucked! The toilet is so crooked.It's hard to go to the bathroom. I get roughing it and camping isn't glamorous?But there's a few things that could make this just a little bit nicer of……
