“Scott & Ann were both super communicative. All pictures matched the property, and our stay was perfect. With the snow over the weekend, Scott was nice enough to plow the driveway for us on the Sunday morning. Everything was great! We used the firepit, the sleds, the pool table. Only downside is no cell coverage in the area, but WiFi was enough for us! They had Roku, lots of games, and plenty of space to accommodate my group of 22 people. We never felt like we were on top of eachother, which was……

The boys loved fishing in the pond and all of us had fun in the pool and playing pickleball when the rain stopped. The house was very well equipped and clean. We ate many meals at home. Most days were very rainy and cloudy but we had fun inside with plenty of room for us to play games and cards. The host Jennifer was very available to contact with……

“This is a nice, historic farmhouse on a stream right outside of Hancock, NY. Centrally located for drift boat trips on the West Branch and Mainstem. Although it is on a two lane road, the backyard is very private and the large windows give a great view of the stream.”

“The place was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. It's in a quiet, country setting that is peaceful. Also, there was a grill that was accessible to use. I will come back here if I am in the area again. I recommend this place.”

“Was perfect for a weekend getaway with my husband and son. Fishing right next to the cabin was just a dream ! The water was beautiful. The cabin is beautiful and clean. Rachel was so sweet and easy to contact. Besides the cabin being very close to a main highway ( more campfire noise issue than safety) it was a perfect weekend and we will be back ! ”
