“The hotel is outdated, the restaurant is not working or is working very partially, the hotel entrance is dirty and unpleasant, the spa is not working. The room was reasonable but not maintained, the screen door to the balcony is broken. The room was not cleaned on Saturday and there was only one roll of toilet paper. On the day of departure there was no one at the reception to check out. We left the hotel without checking out.”

“I loved the view from my balcony. Its right on the beach. There are several restaurants within spitting distance of the property. Its perfectly located if you want a relaxing beach get away. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooftop jacuzzi is so perfect late at night. Loved it here. Would totally stay here again.”

“Wer einen entspannten 5-Sterne Urlaub sucht, ist hier falsch. Das Personal erledigt großteils Dienst nach Vorschrift, ist nicht vom Fach und wenig hilfsbereit. Handtücher für den Pool und den Strand sind nicht immer verfügbar. Wenn man bei der Spa-Rezeption nachfragt, wie lange es denn dauert, bis es wieder Handtücher gibt, wird man darauf verwiesen, bei der Rezeption im Eingangsbereich nachzufragen, da sie es nicht wissen. Unsere Zimmernummer wurde von der Spa Rezeption falsch notiert. Wir……

“It says all inclusive but don’t let it fool you. I knew that this place was joke when we arrived. It felt like none of the workers didn’t have slightest clue how to work in hotel. For example our passports were left unattended on counter while we took our stuff to the room. Room AC didn’t work. I also didn’t like our balcony was shared with other room. Drinks were the biggest joke. Soft drinks were completely passed, warm, disqusting. There were 3 taps of beer: one at pool bar, one at restaurant……
