“Hotel muy viejo, sucio, camas muy incomodas, demasiada gente y es casi imposible accesar al buffet, comida y bebida de mala calidad. El personal necesita ser bilingüe.”

“Well this hotel was 5 stars probably in the 90’s as of now it’s two and a half stars in my opinion. The rooms are old and need a remodeling, the fitness center is terrible, I have never seen such a bad and old gym.After I used the equipment, my t-shirt and shorts were covered in rust!! The food in the buffet was almost the same every day and the taste I don’t even want to go there.Only good thing about this place was the location.”

“Loved the rooms, staff, cleanliness of the hotel, but unfortunately roof terrace was being upgraded so unable to use, which was a shame. Also the three bars/ resteraunts within 50 yards of hotel, were excellent for food and drink. Forgot to mention breakfast in hotel was very nice. All in all an enjoyable stay”

“Sehr schönes Hotel. Die einfache aber sehr zweckmäßig Einrichtung der Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden und werden persönlich geregelt. Besonders gut hat uns das Frühstück und das Abendessen gefallen. Der Service war hervorragend. Die Getränke an der Bar waren preisgünstig und ein Weinglas war auch normal gefüllt mit einem Viertelliter.”

“The staff and management do not have basic customer skills. I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. Although we had All Inclusive reservation, we were left hungry, without dinner. The staff refused to acknowledge that we have All Inclusive and in the morning the manageress did not acknowledge our Expedia receipt which clearly states All Inclusive. The Expedia...
