The only few things that made me not give it 10/10 was the fact you have to pay 10€ to use the spa, which I can’t justify with a hotel of this price tag. Also, we wanted to be bougie and order room service but neither of the phones in the room was working so we had to go downstairs to order which kind of defeats the purpose.
