“The view is stunning, across the treetops and steep gorge below. The aspect allows the winter sunrise to warm the tiny house quickly and keep it warm all day.”

“The view from all widows was spectacular, however there were issues with the kitchen area and bathroom. The main concern was that the drain from the shower was extremely slow so after every use the bathroom floor needed to be mopped up. The problem was exacerbated because the mop heads provided were not functional. One was the wrong size and the other was very dirty and the plastic screws to attach it to the mop were missing.Overall cleanliness in the kitchen was below expectations. The fridge……

“We ate dinner at Waihi Beach, "The Secret Garden", and Breakfast at a Deli, so food is easy to get. The location for "Lazy Daze" is lovely and quiet, clean and lots of room inside, like a full apartment with a breathtaking view of the ocean. Highly recommended.”

“The property is pretty. The description details which have now been changed were misinforming. The ad said there was a bathroom. There isn't unless you go outside or into the main house. The hosts failed to mention that there are no electrical outlets. Nothing in the treehouse to charge phones, tablets or medical equip. They were very clear on "No Refunds." I arrived very late, climbed the stairs, and went in to discover all of this. I turned around and left notifying the hosts that I could……
