I had a lovely stay at Newina. The location was great and very convenient and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I especially loved the private spa pool, it was such a nice way to relax and unwind. We would happily stay again!

Our stay here was great. The room was a good size with plenty of room for our suit cases and to just lounge around. The bathroom was great because it not only had a towel heater but a bathroom light that heat the room as well. The hot tub on the bottom floor took a little long to fill but it was still good to have. All in all, a great place to stay.

The room had everything needed for an overnight stay. The supermarket was within walking distance. The staff member who checked us in was excellent, friendly and helpful. The spa pool was a very pleasant end to a busy couple of days. We'll definitely stay here again if/when we are back in Rotorua

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Clean rooms, kitchen with essential items, spacious. The TV was not a smart TV which meant no YouTube or Netflix. They had other channels but found it difficult to select movies. Ideal location as across the road are numerous fast food outlets plus Woolworths grocery store and many attractions nearby. The restaurant wasn't operational. Overall a good stay.

All aspects of the Newina where great cleaning staff did a great job ladies at reception where really helpful and went out of there way to accomodate us rooms clean kitchen clean and had everything needed to make a meal enjoyed our stay great staff
