“booked the room 3-4 months before, but they seems didn't know my reservation, luckily they still got vacancy”

But -The immediate area was full of drunks starting in the morning congregating by 2 bars just next to the Inn .I must say that they were surprisingly friendly, I didn't have a hot water for 2 days. They finally let me to take a shower in the next room. last day power went off only in my room. The water wending machine went out of water. Water had to be boiled. Staff except one man were not helpful and they did not understand English . Almost all Chinese who……

“We were told when we checked in that we were being given an upgrade in a newly finished building with a full kitchen. Both true. However, we weren’t told that we would share the kitchen/living room with other guests in a bedroom next to ours. Because we didn’t plan to use the kitchen we decided to stay. Later, when another couple arrived, they were not happy with the arrangement and left, I suppose to complain. Another couple came later, also found the situation odd, but decided to stay,……

“The front desk service has a good check-in attitude. It is a pity that it is possible to deposit a credit card for guarantee but cannot pay in cash. Walking in the room without slippers is unhygienic.”

“After a long drive to this old frontier town the hotel was pretty much what you would expect. It was clean and the room was comfortable and unusually large, Where the hotel really scored was in its lounge where the food was exceptionally good and the portions very generous. We only stayed 1 day and I was disappointed not to be able to have another of their tasty burgers”

“we had a room with a very comfortable king size bed and ensuite toilet (not shower). since we got in late and left in the morning this worked out beautifully. the big shared kitchen and living room area accommodates for multiple parties. an overall positive experience; straight forward and great value for money. as you’re sharing the space with multiple people there is definitely some noise from guests arriving and leaving the premises. the one thing we did not appreciate however, was clear……

“Considering the age of the facility it was pretty good. It was unique and a good reminder of how life used to be in Dawson City. The room was pretty clean but dusty, especially in the hallways, etc. I was disappointed in the amount of hot water available in my room. There wasn't enough for a shower, barely enough to get my face washed. I didn't report this to management so I don't know if this issue could have been corrected. Staff was in another building, so I had very little contact with them.……
