“This was my second stay at the Hyatt, and once again, I had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I really appreciated how accessible and convenient the parking was. The restaurant was also great, with good food and a nice atmosphere. Overall, the hotel is comfortable, convenient, and welcoming, which is why I chose to stay here again. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others.”

“First impressions were not good, small lobby, long delay waiting for the lone clerk to return to the desk after a problem with another guest, (hint: he needs help at busy check-in time) worn and dirty carpet in the hallway, luggage cart nearly unusable because of steps into motel. But our room was very nice, small but adequate, new furniture and remodeled bathroom, window blind that blacked out all light from outside, quiet night, comfortable bed, which all resulted in pleasant sleep, after all……

“Despite its very high nightly rate, the property does not offer breakfast. The hotel charges a fee for the safe in the room and does not reverse the fee for a customer who does not wish to use the safe. Also, our room had no nightlight in the bathroom, a distinct safety issue for older people who get out of bed in the night in a strange dark room.”

“The front desk service has a good check-in attitude. It is a pity that it is possible to deposit a credit card for guarantee but cannot pay in cash. Walking in the room without slippers is unhygienic.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Triple J. We will definitely tell anyone we talk to that is travelling to Dawson City YT Although we will tell them to avoid any room that is close to the outside entrance doors. THEY SLAM SO LOUD and woke us up several times each night.”
