“Let's start with the positives. The reception desk and café staff, were incredibly helpful and kind. The room was clean. The dining space was updated and clean and the staff did their best. The grounds were well kept.
The negative were the other staff. No one spoke English and did not attempt to communicate in any other language, verbal or non-verbal. Listing a property on Expedia should include mention that English is not widely spoken when appropriate. Except for the cave steam bath, there……

“This is a pleasant 3* hotel. Room was fine, but nothing fancy. Our room had a balcony. Parking is under the hotel, and can be reached by the elevator. Hotel is well located - about a block (through a "tunnel") from the central square. Room could have used more lighting. Desk clerk (Lucia) very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.”
