"Our stay was absolutely lovely. We had a great experience from check in to check out with all staff very helpful. The rooms are very big and comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of foods to choose from with very good coffee! Despite its size the hotel did not feel crowded and everybody we met was lovely and very welcoming!"

"The best thing about this hotel is the location. Unfortunately, it needs a complete renovation from the lobby and dining room to all the rooms. It looks like it got stuck in 1970. The breakfast was meh. Renovate this hotel and get more outgoing, welcoming staff. Honestly, I wonder if the problems stem from poor ownership and poor leadership. This could be the best hotel in Liptovsky Mikulas with some TLC. "

The hotel is located at a busy traffic circle, with the nicer area of town about 600 meters away, along a poorly lit street. No restaurants in the immediate area, other than in the main part of town.
