Not just said here's the key, room 3, but showed me the room, where everything was kept, and how to work the remote. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The bathroom was small, but spotless. The kitchen was set up for breakfast in the morning, and the coffee was good. "

"The hotel room seems to be small compared to what appears on gallery in expedia(quite surprising mainly because of higher expectations). Breakfast was amazing, delicious and plenty of options. Cleanliness was great! Cons are there’s no hand wash or sanitizer in the room, there was no floor mat beside bathtub in washroom which is safety concern and gross; Hard to find parking- it is otherside of hotel underground but if it has mentioned in Expedia that would have been great.
