it was okay. got there at 5pm and shortly after all the outside restaurants closed, which was a bummer. we ate inside and the food took a while but its okay bc we were on island time. i did find a bone on my cheese flatbread. not sure what happened there.
overall room was average. nice location downtown

It was ok. Hut tube out of service, gym outdated with broken equipment, very crowded pool and beach area. Some staff members were amazing with exceptional customer service skills like Romell. Very friendly, genuinely welcoming, while others have an attitude and look bothered. Food is so so. It was not what I was expecting from a Riu.

Lo unico que vi fue que nos levantaron a las 7-30 am para limpiar la habitación y nos dimos un susto tan temprano en la mañana.
