Keva went above and beyond her duties to secure some dinner reservations for us. She was super nice and helpful and we greatly appreciated it.
Tacashanae at the front desk showed much patience and understanding when dealing with a large family and some issues they were having. I was impressed.

The stay in the hotel overall was great but the service in the restaurant was terrible, the worst experience ever. Staff was so slow, once we had to wait 1,5h to be seated, than another hour to get our food and than another half an hour to get a bill. Never ever in my life seen such a slow people. It wasn't even busy to give them an excuse. Prices for food were extremely expensive.
