"The property was really clean and centrally located. It is an older home in an older neighborhood. The ac/heater, internet, water pressure and temperature were great. Did not use the kitchen. We fit 2 trucks and a medium size suv in the driveway. Would not recommend parking on the street. Too narrow and by a curve. Back yard is fenced (part privacy, rest chainlink) definitely kept our dog in. The cons were the grass needed mowed as it was tall for our dog and we had trouble with the key pad. The...

"An old house that's seen better days (some things are a bit "wonky" and electrical sockets are at a minimum), but it's very clean and serviceable. Valentina has added numerous nice touches and there is a very nice washer/dryer. The kitchen is small, but well equipped, and the appliances are in great condition. The location is within easy reach of all things in Wichita Falls. Thanks, Valentina for your hospitality and responsiveness when we had questions!"

"The Nest thermostat setting had this temperature inside property heating up to the nineties each evening. It was over ninety degrees hot when we arrived shortly after midnight. It took a few sleepless hours to cool down. In each of the following three days and nights, the Nest Thermostat would reset itself to the ninety degree setting. It is presumed that the Nest Thermostat’s programming is a cost saving for the owner. Unfortunately for us, it was a real problem and dangerously hot inside...

"I hesitate to list what was wrong with the place because the owner will just contradict my statements. The non-subjective statement I can make is that we left and lost our entire amount we paid for a week and we still feel it was worth it not to have to be in this home. The home was not pretty inside. It says 2 bedrooms, but the owner is considering a living room with a bar for hanging up clothes to be a second bedroom. All of that can be tolerated, but the smell. It had a strong smell of gas....

"Clean, well stocked, great value, spacious, lots of amenities. On the negative side, no views, unattractive lot, next to highway, and closest grocery store is 9 miles away. Still, I preferred this place much better than a motel/ hotel room and I highly recommend it for those looking for a fully equipped house at a great price."

"The home was very inviting….from the musical instruments to the jacuzzi tub! The neighbors were hospitable and the park across the street was great for playing football and soccer with our grandchildren. Our host was gracious and quickly reminded when needed. The cottage would be great to stay on a rainy day!"

"We only needed a place to sleep on our road trip from Salt Lake to Dallas, and this place worked just fine. I liked that it was quiet, easy to find, and easy to get into even in the dark; since we arrived at about 1 AM… Significantly later than we had originally hoped. I will say I wasn't prepared for two small hide a beds… But they were comfortable enough. We arrived late and left quite early the next morning, so didn't really do anything other than sleep."
