When you arrive you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a peaceful holiday in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a private pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of visiting museums. Outside you will also find a patio and barbecue grill. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to ten people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished patio where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.

In order to reach the property, you have to travel a dirt, partially paved road for approximately 300m.

IMPORTANT: One side of the property and a part of the garden adjoins "San Lorenzo" (about 30 m. away) and they are divided simply by a laurel hedge. Both houses have a separate and independent entrance, outdoor pool and private spaces. There is the possibility of booking both houses together.
