they canceled my reservation with the explanation that they are starting renovations in the middle of the season. What an embarrassing answer. Frivolous behavior. They probably don't like the price I got with the early discount. Embarrassing. You can't seriously count on them. They will cancel you even if you had planned a vacation at that time.

3 geceliğine 2 kişi tutmuştuk yemekleri rezaletti sabah kahvaltıda sanki hindistandaymış gibi yemeklerim görüntüsü mide bulandırıyordu önceki öğünlerden kalan bayat sebzeler sonraki öğünlerde veriliyordu her gün aynı menüydü uygun fiyatlı diye tutmuştuk fakat karşılığını alamadık odanın lavabosunda bir diş fırçası koyacak tutacak bile yok oda manzarası dışında her şey rezaletti bu şikayetleri dile getirdiğimizde de bu fiyata her işletme böyle yapıyor fiyatı arttırırsak iyi hizmet veririz dendi halbuki yemeği taze çıkarıp daha iyi yapmanın fiyatla alakası yoktu eleştiriye açık bir işletme değil gelirseniz pişman olursunuz.tavsiye etmiyorum gelirseniz yaşayacaklarınız bunlar bunları yaşadıktan sonra bu yorum aklınıza gelsin.

Katastrophale Verhältnisse Der Kunde wird vom Internet nur angelogen 8,8 soll das Hotel haben ... niemals **** Sterne Hotel soll das sein, die Frage ist wo kommen die Sterne her 1 Stern wäre da schon Zuviel. Habe am 2 Tag mein Urlaub abgebrochen weil das Hotel dreckig , veraltet und die Nasszelle unzumutbar war

Nicht zu empfehlen!!

Das Zimmer was ich hatte war ein Dachgeschosszimmer. Ich müsste gebückt durch das Zimmer laufen, weil ich sonst mit meinem Kopf an die Decke gestoßen wäre. Es war viel zu heiß da, Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Sich mal im Zimmer aufzuhalten war nicht möglich weil es durch die Hitze unerträglich war, öfters habe ich in der Hotellobby gehockt und im Internet gesurft. Im Zimmer hat kein Internet funktioniert. Die Toilette war sehr dreckig und hat gestunken. Als ich mich beschwerte und ein anderes Zimmer verlangte, wurde mir gesagt dass es kein freies Zimmer gibt. Und ich soll nicht traurig sein, weil es Leute gibt, die ständig fragen ob es ein Zimmer frei gibt und die sich sogar zu zehnt ein Zimmer teilen würden. Aber was ist das für ein Argumment bitte??? Sogar Handtücher gab es vorher nicht im Zimmmer, erst als ich danach verlangte wurden mir Handtücher gegeben. Ich bin verschwitzt eingeschlafen, ich bin verschwitzt aufgewacht, ich habe geschwitzt als ich aus der Dusche kam. Erst am vorletzten Tag von meinem Aufenthalt bekam ich ein anderes Zimmer, das war dann ganz in Ordnung. Im Großen und ganzen war das eine riesige Enttäuschung. Das Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Not first class .....

Booked as all inclusive but when we got there we were told that no alcohol was included, no ice cream for the children ,no snacks.all these we had to pay extra for. Rooms and towels were cleaned and changed every 3days. The meals were catered for Turkish people not European and it was the same thing everyday,lunch and evening, ate there on two occasions then went out for meals. Ok if you like obergines and peppers.with chicken every time. Also advertising that there is parking unfortunately only for 5cars we had to park in the back streets.

WARNUNG NICHT BUCHEN

habe über expedia bezahlt, mir wurde vor ort gesagt das nichts bezahlt wurde so das ich die unterkunft erneut zahlen musste. Es hat eine Woche gedauert bis ich mein Geld zurück bekommen habe. Die duschen sind voller schimmel das essen sehr schlecht wie auch die Bedienung.
