### APARTMENT AND TERRACE WITH SEA VIEW

Charming apartment for 4 people, located on the first floor of a completely renovated townhouse.   
Guests can enjoy panoramic views of the harbor, St Malo and Solidor Tower.  
It includes an entrance hall, a kitchen separated by a bar, lounge, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, 1 separate toilet, the rooms have large closets.  
A sheltered terrace of 30 sqm allows to enjoy the sun safely. (Garden furniture and sun)  
The city center, the market (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday), restaurants, casino, cinema, the pier, the Olympic pool with sea water is 5 mins walk.   
You can reach the city center by the Clair de Lune promenade located 50 m from the apartment.  
Beautiful walks on customs trails have their starting near Priory of the beach and offers links to the dam of the Rance.

Das Appartement ist hervorragend gelegen, nahe der Bootsanlegestelle nach St. Malo, Claire de la lune.Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, alles vorhanden und noch viel mehr. Tolle große Küche. Das Bett ist sehr bequem mit guter Matratze.Einzges Manko: Die Handtücher hätten schöner sein können und einr der beiden Waschlappen war sehr dünn.

#### Holiday in May 2025

The location was excellent as also was the view from the balcony. 10 minutes walk to a supermarket, 2 minutes to boulangerie (which I visited each morning for excellent pastries and croissants), 10 minutes to town. Parking a bit of a problem and was disappointed to have to pay 50 euros for cleaning, and 25 euros for linen per bedroom. Overall a very enjoyable week.

Lorsque l'on rentre dans le logement, on se sent tout de suite bien...L'appartement est tres fonctionnel, tres bien équipé et vraiment lumineuxLa terrasse est très agréable Pour ne rien gacher, la décoration est tres bien pensée avec des matériaux de qualité Odile, notre hôte est charmanteEn un mot, ce logement est une pépite sur dinard.

Nous avons sejourné dans cet appartement 1 semaine. Il est idéalement situé, et même si nous n'avons pas eu beau temps (ça ne se commande pas..) nous pouvions admirer la vue superbe. La literie est tres confortable ! Nous avons pu découvrir dinard et ses environs. L'arrivée et la communication avec la propriétaire se sont tres bien passées. Merci nous reviendrons avec plaisir. #### Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé 6 jours fin août dans cet appartement décoré avec goût. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Il ne manque rien à la cuisine, la salle de bains est agréable, la literie est exceptionnellement confortable, la grande terrasse a une vue dont on ne se lasse pas. Le logement est idéalement placé, le sentier littoral est à quelques mètres et Dinard est une très belle ville. Nous n'avons pas touché à la voiture pendant notre séjour. Des bateaux bus vous conduisent en 10 minutes à St Malo. Nous recommandons chaudement.

#### Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar gelegen und man hat einen beeindruckenden Blick auf die Bucht von Saint Malo., der sich durch die Gezeiten ständig ändert. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und engagiert. Es gab eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln. Es gibt alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Da Dinard ein Urlauberort ist, muss man halt jeden Tag ein wenig nach einem Parkplatz suchen aber wir haben immer einen kostenfreien gefunden. Das Entladen funktioniert eigentlich immer und manchmal kann man auch direkt vor dem Haus parken. Wir danken der Vermieterin noch einmal sehr für die freundliche Aufnahme.
