"Beautiful hotel with a mix of historic charm and modern luxury. Staff were welcoming, breakfast was excellent, and the rooftop bar had stunning views. A little outside the old town but taxis are affordable and easy. Perfect for a relaxing, stylish stay. "

"We really enjoyed our short stay here. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them, the room was spotless and the rooftop pool was perfect for us to relax and dip in and out of to cool down. We can’t wait to return and will happily recommend! "

"It would have been nice if they would somehow warn you that you shouldn't come by foot. Definitely take a car/taxi up this bloody hill. We were both fit and it was exhausting to drag our luggage and belongings up the hill to the hotel. Definitely would not recommend to stay here if you dont have a car/taxi because you'll be hiking up and down all day. Room itself was nice and clean and the shared kitchen and dining room was well equipped and pretty. Breakfast was very basic, dont have high...

"Hostel itself was really nice, cute decor with great kitchen and laundry amenities. Quick walk to the beach and bus station. However, the area around the hostel was not the nicest and it was a long walk to the historic centre to find nice places to hang out. There was also a problem with cockroaches in the room that made it very difficult to get a good nights sleep. Steer clear of the ground floor rooms!"

"I honesty loved my stay here. It was the first time after some years that I went to a hostel again and I got welcomed so lovely. I‘ve met wonderful people there, guests and volunteers. It‘s been like a little family for my stay. I’m grateful for my time at the La Ventana hostel :) "

"Beautiful hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff — especially Eduardo, who greeted us with a smile from the moment we checked in late at night until our last evening. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that any issues or personal requests were handled with genuine care and attention.
There were a few small details that could be refined to make the experience feel truly five-star. For example, the bath salts weren’t replenished after the first night, and clearer communication about the rooftop pool being reserved for suite guests would have been appreciated.
A few of the other reception staff could also take inspiration from Eduardo’s open, transparent, and welcoming approach, which made us feel completely at ease.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay in an exceptionally beautiful hotel, and we left with many happy memories."
"From personnel to breakfast and location excellent hotel. Carolina in the kitchen super, Ghusi in the reception amazing, Yoli in housekeeping excellent "
"The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the food. The property is a lovely art deco style building that needs some updating but the rooms are spacious and the views of the port are great.
The third time we have stayed here, the buffet breakfast is great with a nice selection and the food in the bar is great too.
Staff are always so friendly and accommodating.
Close to bus connections, easy walk to Triana where there is a great selection of shops and restaurants.
Kids love the pool on the roof terrace although it was a bit windy during our stay so we didn’t spend too much time there.

"Excellent hotel for the old city with plenty of interesting places to explore and restaurants to choose from close by. The decor is very different and a wonderfully alternative place to stay."
