I had a wonderful 10-night stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and professional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. This was way below my expectations and not a standard I would expect from Hyatt, first since arrival the valet is not available and the staff said this service is cancelled which is something not acceptable in a 5 stars hotel in Dubai. The room is standard but a bit outdated and many things weren’t working. The fridge is not cold, the tv restarts out of a sudden and some Chanels are not working and you can only hear the sound, the hotel pool was closed for maintenance. The room curtains doesn’t cover everything and the sunlight comes from the side, when I reached out to reception they didn’t do anything and said this is how the hotel design is!! The soundproofing is not that good, on my first night I kept waking up due to the noise and I though there is a maintenance going on but when I spoke to the receptionist, she said no maintenance is happening and they will send someone to check but no one came. And last, the breakfast is basic and not worth spending extra amount for that Overall it’s below average and I wouldn’t recommend it if you are looking for a five stars experience.
