Hotel is great but I am leaving a poor Review purely with the fact being stranded in Dubai due to the war they are demanding payment and not following UAE law that they must provide accommodation for stranded tourists if they are unable to pay and the hotel manager was unhelpful and didn’t care

Our experience at Address Beach Resort was truly exceptional. The level of service was outstanding from the moment we arrived until the moment we departed. The attention to detail and genuine care for guests were evident throughout our entire stay. Every member of the staff was incredibly professional, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. A very special thank you to Adam Merhari, who was absolutely outstanding. His professionalism, kindness, attention, and genuine commitment to making our stay as enjoyable as possible truly made a difference. Having team members like Adam reflects the high standards and exceptional hospitality of the resort. Address Beach Resort definitely deserves a full five-star rating. It was a wonderful and memorable experience, and I would be more than happy to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special!

Where do I even begin? From the moment we arrived, the service was truly impeccable—attentive, warm, and effortlessly professional. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty. The food was equally outstanding. Every meal was a delight, with incredible flavors and beautiful presentation across all the restaurants. And I have to mention the property itself—what a masterpiece of architecture! The sweeping curves, the iconic honeycomb facade, and the way the resort seamlessly blends into the coastline are absolutely breathtaking. . The infinity pools melting into the Gulf views are pure magic. A flawless 5-star experience in every way. We can't wait to return!
