I got locked out of my room the morning I was supposed to leave before check out time. I went down with my key card for coffee and when I returned to my room, I could not get back in. I had no phone or keys with me because I was just going for coffee. I sat in the lobby after I called the number instructed to call for lockouts for about 20-30 minutes and then I called it again. An employee picked up and told me where to find the emergency card to get in. This is a wonderful place to stay, but the security is not good. They really should staff 24 hours for incident like this. I was grateful there was an emergency card, but the front door is always open and what if someone remembered where that card was? They could easily go in and steal everyone’s stuff! I get it. It’s a very safe area, but I did not feel safe that morning, and I don’t think I will be coming back
