“Very nice hotel located at the top of a hill in Ooty. Nicely appointed rooms with comfortable bedding. Staff was extremely friendly and provided good service. Hotel location makes it easy to walk down to main city area where lots restaurants are available. However, you can easily eat at the in house restaurant as well. There is a game room for kids to play. Afternoon tea in the garden was nice everyday between. 5-6pm. Only suggestion would be to add a swimming pool to property. ”

“This is a property with a breathtaking view of the Ooty huills and valleys. The cottages are good although they now require a fresh coat of paint inside. Food is decent and the breakfast spread is very good and so is the dinner buffet. Hotel staff are helpful and response to the calls is quick. Hot water timings are restricted in the mornings and evenings but that's not too much of an issue. The hotel helped us with a immersion rod beyond the normal timings so that was very helpful. “Superb hotel in every way. Location is great - 1 minute from bus stop, about 3 to Charing Cross, an easy walk to the Botanical Gardens, food & shops. Attentiveness of staff & attention to detail is second to none - they even provided locally sourced cookies at the tea station in the room. Bed is possibly the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Linens, room & bathroon are all immaculately clean. Shower is hot and has excellent pressure. Breakfast is outstanding. ”

“The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The service was just ok. The property belongs to an old couple. Their breakfast starts at 8.30am which is late for us travellers. Though it was already included in the package i had to leave the hotel without breakfast as i left at 8am. The owner had proposed that at 7.30am he could provide us with bread, butter and jam.
