"The customer services manager Veronica was exceptional. She absolutely made our stay. It was my birthday while we stayed which she noticed herself at check in. She made arrangements for a birthday cake and decorations and personally wished me a happy birthday on the day. Also upon check in we got an upgrade to an amazing suite!
