“The staff were so friendly and helpful and my room was superb-huge, clean and quiet. I wish I had spent more time at the outdoor roof garden as it had comfy chairs and tables and amazing views. The breakfast was really varied and restaurants very good too. “凌晨到酒店，checkin 完成拿門咭回房間，但我訂是雙床房，他們說已經沒有了，沒辦法，唯有進房間，後發現床鋪凌亂，還有同一門咭放在枱上，洗手間門鎖上，馬上退出，回lobby投訴，他們自己都不知原因，後來換另一個房間，說Upgrade一間有客廳的，但坦白說給我都沒用，我們只睡4小時😭😭”

“Grand Legacy hotel is located near the National Museum, the metro statio, the pearl, and the Waqif. The staff was friendly, particularly the gals in the restaurant. Our disappointment was with our room. When we arrived, we noticed the counters and shelves were dusty. The linens on the bed seemed cleaned though. But throughout our stay, we had to constantly ask the front desk to send someone to clean our room, otherwise they would not clean it. On three different occasions we had to ask for……
