We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The check-in was quick and efficient, and the food at the restaurant was very good. The staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A special mention to Duty Manager Haneef, who went out of his way to assist my mother, who uses a wheelchair. His kindness, care, and personal attention were truly appreciated and made our stay much more comfortable. The only downside was the soundproofing between the rooms, as we could quite clearly hear noise from the next room. Improving this would make the overall experience even better. Overall, a very good experience, especially thanks to the wonderful staff and exceptional service from Haneef. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff An excellent indian breakfast Bed very comfortable. Hotel is probably in the middle of a reservation, bamboo scaffold on outside. Tv, air-conditioning, safe and microwave all needed fixing. Beer on the terrace bar was out of date. Did actually enjoy my stay there.

Nice clean room and helpful staff. The wooden key cards didn’t work with the room electricity slot, but they quickly sent a replacement plastic card. We wanted to stay near the airport to get on an early morning flight and this location was very convenient.
