“I chose a room with my own bathroom and the bathroom was so nice, rained shower, beautiful little balcony with a lovely view of mountains. Very walkable to the rest of what I needed in town. The staff were so helpful at check in. Would absolutely stay here again.”

“The location was perfection - close to the buses, the lifts for hikes, and the shops. With the new renovations, the hotel was new and so comfortable. The only gripe I had is the hot tub. One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was for the hot tub and it was luke warm. Overall, still an amazing hotel and would definitely book again! ”

The introduction says “Eve dinner” is included, but I am misled to interpret dinner is included only if I book the hotel on 31, Dec. We ate outside before check in and found dinner is provided. 4. It is strange one table is reserved for one room all day long, which means if you go early to the restaurant and there is good……

“Staff went above and beyond at every opportunity. Example- Air France lost our luggage a few days prior to us getting married. The staff made calls on our behalf and ensured it got delivered in time allowing our wedding plans to move forward. The food was also delicious. ”
