“Had a really nice stay, the penthouse apartment was lovely, all modern, clean and very well kept. Balcony got loads of sun so was a really nice feature to have. Only downside was the check in as I didn't receive any emails or messages on how to check in and the coffee shop that was listed to go to was closed for 4 days so we where unable to ask there , so we have to find a number online to message the host, after getting no reply on Expedia chat. “WiFi never worked. A message to my host was read but never answered.
Both water taps, toilet seat and shower head were loose. Glass door in "bathroom" was very hard to operate.

“Because we were going to arrive in Szczecin early, we asked the hotel serval times for early check, but we never hear back from hotel. Then we got the text around 10 am after we had just landed in Szczecin airport, I thought this meant we can check in early ? But when we arrive hotel around 12pm, the staff told us the room wasn't ready. So we wait until 2 pm to get the room. The TV was broken in the room, so we have to switch the room.
