"What a fabulous location. An immersive rainforest experience, with a beautiful view from our balcony. You could hear a variety of birds singing. It was music to the ears and you really felt connected with nature. If you ever decide to come to Uvita, this is the place to stay. "This was a beautiful house in a beautiful area of Costa Rica. Great location for beaches, restaurants, jungle tours, waterfalls, and a relaxing dip in the pool to unwind after all of it. While the advertisement says it is in walking distance to the beach, the hill is very steep. We climbed it, but I can't imagine doing that with beach chairs towels etc. It is a very short drive to numerous locations so that is not really a negative, only a point of information. "

"The location is perfect just above Domenical, close to grocery stores/gas station, quick drive either north or south to National Parks and beach excursions. The only inconvenience with the property was the oven didn't work after the first use (wouldn't shut off) so it had to be disabled for the remainder of the stay which changed our meal plans after we had bought all of our groceries. We loved the location, setting, the property was well landscaped and beautiful for evening and morning relaxation and bird watching. We even saw the troop of monkeys outside of the windows one of the days. "

"It was great. I have a recommendation that could be a life saver. Remove the shrub at confluence of the driveway and the hwy on the south side. It's extremely hard to see northbound traffic. I wish you could secure the property adjacent to the south. The public traffic on the beach is crazy on the weekend. "
